ABOUT GLO MINISTRIES
Since its inception, the heart and soul of GLO Ministries has been translating vision and faith into missionary action all over the world.
VISION & MISSION
The VISION of GLO Australia is to glorify Christ by helping the church fulfil the Great Commission.
The MISSION of GLO Australia is to work together with the church to DESIGN discipleship environments that DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and DEPLOY committed followers of Jesus to do evangelism, discipleship and church planting in Australia and abroad.
Committed followers of Jesus are made, not born. So too are evangelists, disciple makers, preachers and church planters.
For this reason GLO Australia has designed a path that is designed to help the church DISCOVER, DEVELOP and DEPLOY committed followers of Jesus.
Deploying committed followers of Jesus to make disciples of the nations is the heart and soul of GLO Ministries.
Today we partner with committed disciples in Afghanistan, Australia, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Philippines, Myanmar, Nepal and Romania. Over the years God has enabled GLO Australia to assist over 100 expatriate missionaries and national workers to evangelise, disciple and plant New Testament churches in over 20 countries.

OUR CORE VALUES
OUR DOCTRINAL STATEMENT
GLO Ministries can be summed up in three words, ‘vision’, ‘faith’ and ‘action’. The vision started with Colin Tilsley in 1965. Compelled by a need to reach masses of unevangelised people with the gospel Colin started “Gospel Literature Outreach”, now known as “GLO Ministries”.
Over the past 50 years millions of tracts and gospel portions have been distributed, tens of thousands of people have heard the gospel, thousands have come to faith and been discipled, & dozens of local churches have been established across the world.
GLO Australia gives all the glory to God for this.
VISION FAITH AND ACTIONColin Tilsley quickly translated his vision into missionary action by mobilising teams of young people for gospel literature distribution for short term periods of up to 3 years.
David likes to refer to himself as a “wanna-be-goer.” After starting to study medicine he felt called to join a team of itinerant evangelists. After several fruitful years of ministry God opened the door for David to start his own printing business. Over the years God has blessed the business and the “wanna-be-goer” has turned into a generous supporter. David and his wife Joy are actively involved at Lithgow Bible Church, where David serves as an elder. They have three grown children and are keen to see GLO Australia continue serving and training all over the world.

Allan is a committed church man. Since he was a young man he has served in the church, equipped the church, and cared for the church. After marrying Kerry, Allan and his family moved to western Sydney where they helped plant St Clair Erskine Park Christian Church. In addition to serving with GLO Australia, Allan serves as a full time elder in his local church and assists the wider church with teaching and training. Allan & Kerry have two grown children and are keen to see GLO Australia help the church fulfil the Great Commission.
You could say Andrew has mission in his blood. He is a second generation missionary who was born in Chad and grew up in Sydney watching his parents plant 4 churches. After marrying Donna, Andrew and his family served as missionaries in Malaysia for 3 years, and then in Indonesia for a further 10 years. In 2010 Andrew returned to Australia help oversee the work of GLO Australia. He and Donna are actively involved at Riverstone Community Church, where Andrew serves as an elder. They have three grown children and are keen to see GLO Australia help the church enlarge its vision for making disciples of the nations.
